Q: Can my child accompany me into the casinos?
A: Children are allowed to pass through casinos accompanied by an
adult. However, children cannot stand around in gaming areas while adults
gamble. See Casino Policies.
Q: Is there a curfew in Las Vegas?
A: The county curfew applies to anyone under 18 years of
age who is not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They must be off
the streets and out of any public areas from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday
through Thursday, and midnight to 5 a.m., Friday and Saturday, legal
holidays and during summer vacation. On the Strip and surrounding streets, the year-round curfew hours are 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through
Thursday, and 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Friday, Saturday and legal holidays.
Q: How old do you have to be to drink or gamble?
A: The legal age is 21 for drinking and gambling.
Q: Do you have any
Night Clubs for 21 and under?
A: No. All Las Vegas dance clubs serve alcohol and you must be 21
years old with a valid I.D..

Q: Can children gain entrance to see a show?
A: There are some shows that children are not allowed to attend,
specifically late-night shows that contain nudity. See
Casino Policies.
Q: Do children have to be in a car seat in a taxi cab?
A: When transporting a child in a motor vehicle, the law requires
that you MUST properly use a child restraint system conforming to
Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. Everyone riding in the front or back
seat of the taxi is required to wear a seatbelt.
Q: Where should I stay with my family?
A: All hotels (casinos) accept children. Some hotels cater more to
younger guests than others.
Q: Do hotels offer cribs or extra beds for kids?
A: Most of the hotels do offer rollaway beds, and some have cribs,
usually on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotels do charge for each
night the extra bed is used. The price varies for each hotel.
